Given a lower snowfall forecast, the air mass that is to follow will probably be modified by the spotty snow cover.

I'm going to say around 1.5" here. I think Milwaukee could pull off 4" still.

Im thinking I get an inch or 2 with tomorrows clipper. Most likely more the further north you go.

Models had a chance to ingest all the new data.

Might have a nasty period late in the day with the backlash, but I think it will be scattered snows throughout the day.

RPM doesn't have much until after 10pm tomorrow.

I feel kind of in no mans land on where to post.  Living in Iowa my whole life I consider Iowa to be the midwest and not Great Lakes or Great Plains.  But since most of the posters on here are in the Great Lakes region this is probably where I will post.

Yea will add the states where to post in each sub-forum and squash it a bit but E IA with great Lakes..Central and western can go with Great Plains.

I've always felt eastern Iowa belongs with southern WI and northern IL, weatherwise.  West and south of Des Moines is connected more to the plains region.  Plus, I've always watched Skilling and I have family in Chicago.
