12z GFS trending weaker over the last several runs.  Euro on it's own in terms of strength.  GFS still lays down some advisory snows from S WI on north and from MSP on north...

We don't count over here in MI anymore?

Thank you sir......that's more like it! ;)

Tbh: we just like to be included in weather events, whether we are involved in a storm system or not. Now, that that's outta the way and all cleared out, lets all carry on with previous discussions. Peace all! :)

I see GRR has put snow in local Mon night. They had been eager to just skip right to rain on Tues. If they ride the NAM, they will pull it back out soon.

You have a much better chance at plow worthy snowfall Niko. Hope it hits you good even though I would be envious. I'd gladly trade my pixie dustings off the lake for a decent synoptic snow with real moisture.

??? All models above look great for you. It's going to rain after, but seeing some decent front-end stuff is good up your way, marginal here. Hoping GEM/RGEM could lead the way. IWX talking 2" for Coldwater so we'll see. 3" is my Delta.

GRR actually broke down and conceded to a bit of front-end synoptic snow. Looking good over your way in SEMI Niko..I'd love to see 4-6" of wet system snow. I'll need this to over perform slightly to score my 3" goal:

A nice snowfall on the way, but, too bad the rain will wash it all away. Wednesday nights system coming could be a soaker.

86-87 and 88-89 were two seasons where that was the "norm" in SEMI. Literally 4" would fall and be gone 6 hrs later. I remember one day I left work a little early after we had a nice solid 4-5" to zip home and fire up my snowmobile. I knew if I waited til morning, lol, it'd be long gone. Snow falls and snow cover were that pathetic.
