Grizzcoat
Been coming down hard here just SW of Des Moines. Probably half an inch in 20 mins, with visibility around a quarter mile here. Best rates of the season!Easily. Love how the NWS grids have winds under 10mph. They are sustained near 20mph with gusts near 30. Blowing snow here in the rural areas about 30 min W of DSM. Interesting morning commute -- especially for those who have no clue. 2 Quote The two loudest sounds known to man: a gun that goes bang when it is supposed to go click and a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang. Hawkeye
I wasn't expecting much, but a good band formed on the northern edge and passed through the CR to QC corridor, dropping a quick 1.1 inches in my yard. Of course, this was in the middle of the night so I didn't see it fall.
