Andie Posted September 20, 2017 Report Share Posted September 20, 2017 What makes this noteworthy are the fact that it occurred on the fault 200 miles from the Fukushima accident, and so close to 2 large quakes on the opposite side of the Ring of Fire. Seems the plates have awakened so this Fall.
