MLK Holiday Clipper

Another heavy band setting up heading towards the metro. Man this is fun. Constant rip city.

Congrats on cashing in from this clipper so far. Looks like we might get a decent burst of snow here in Omaha this evening as well... just started to snow here lightly. Looks like maybe an inch or so possible here.

Oh yeah, and Go Vikings! Looking good so far.

Dare I say...overachiever???

Thanks. It’s been fun so far. As for the Vikings, I’m a (gulp)...Bears fan. Ha!

Yep, I thought this might overachieve when it began snowing 6 hours earlier than planned. Good luck down that way, Tom.

d**n, 12z NAM picking up on a solid lake plume hugging the shoreline of WI/IL! #Bonus

Looking good there, Pardner! Oh, and greed is when you already have plenty, but don't want to share. Wanting a bunch for yby is perfectly fine from where you stand. Hope you get clobbered!

Looking 2-4" possible for MBY. Lets see if that verifies. NOAA weenies (as some think they are) might be over doing it w all the dry air around here in SEMI.

It has snowed very heavily here and accumulated nicely since about 3 PM MDT.

There is much blowing snow and the visibility has been under 1/4 a mile for quite a while.

Temperature in the upper 20's.

I'm feeling much better now.

I'm soo happy as near blizzard conditions have persisted for three hours and the snow is piling up nicely...some good luck as a heavy deformation band remains stationary over the area.

Everything is soo pretty, pristine, & picturesque...just like the Overlook Hotel as I peer off my deck and look out towards the canyon to my south.

I put my cute fireplace that the rental agency man taught me how to use the other day...
