I'm curious why OAX chose a WSW for Omaha and a BW for Lincoln. Are the winds really going to be that different?

Yeah I think that's weird too. I thought they'd go with a WSW in Lincoln as I don't think we'll be looking at persistent heavy snow.

It's like: why even bother placing TWO counties in a WSW when everything else is a BW. Ha! I'm just happy that we had this SE trend. Hoping for a good amount of snow throughout the day tomorrow!

Most models have shown the drop off for central nebraska. Hoping we can all score from this. Just remember we are in a way better position then what we were watching last night.

2018-2019 Snowfall Totals So Far : 59.5"

This is what I was saying earlier. If it wastes energy farting around where it is now, it's not gonna produce here.

Scratch this, I see what it's doing. It's spinning up more moisture off to the East (where we are) at CentralNeb's expense. Sorry bud. This is what you get for stealing the groundhog day blizzard :P

Temps are fine here. In fact they're better than any model besides the cold biased NAM has them. Temps won't be the most of our issues.

At least not directly. Yes temps do affect ratios, and with temps possibly being above freezing when snow starts, we'll look at ratios pretty D**n close to 1:1.

Honestly, I'll take 5" from this and run with it. Better than what I was expecting from this storm leading up to it. I thought this would be another Norfolk gets everything and we get nothing, we lose, good day special similar to last year.
