A research map from The Aerospace Corp. in El Segundo, California, shows the possible Chinese space station impact region to include the southern tip of Wisconsin, much of Illinois and Indiana, and nearly all of Iowa and Ohio.

The satellite landed in the South Pacific Ocean. Most if it burned up in the atmosphere, the rest is at the bottom of the ocean. Michigan residents can store their tin hats until next time.
