SilverFallsAndrew
Incredible but also sad and unlikely to happen for a while. I'm assuming Eugene is similar. 18 of SLE's record lows in January are single digits or lower from January 20-February 7 the warmest record low is 11, all others are single digit or sub-zero, so it would take a pretty epic blast to break any of those records. Some of those records in early February are from 1989, which many of us may remember, but is now almost 30 years ago. TT-SEA
Still looking like a good bet we get through the first half of the month with below average precip. After this significantly wet and stormy period for 10 days (through Sunday)... a quieter and drier 10-day period seems pretty likely up here. I agree that it is very possible that we are technically below normal for precip for the month through the middle of November since most of this recent wet period was in October. It will probably be very stormy again during the second half of the month if the normal ebb and flow continues... and November will still end up around normal or wetter than normal.
