John Day, OR had their 4th coldest February on record. I love how the Blue Mountain Eagle breaks it down.

4th coldest and 2nd snowiest February on record in Klamath Falls.

27.50" at my house and 33.40" at OR-KL-5 station (CoCoRaHS network).

At the old KF station that recorded snowfall from the late 1800's through 2001, only two February's had more than 2 feet of snow. This one was 2nd only to 1938 with 39.00" and the previous 2nd snowiest was 26.00" in 1919.

Most, if not all of southern Oregon had one of their top 5 or top few coldest Februarys this year.

What's more, is that I didn't even have any historic singular 1 day snowfall events in February... Rather it was a bunch of 1-5" days randomly distributed through the month at a consistent pace. Imagine if another Jan 3-4 2017 had occurred in Feb 2019? How much snow would I be talking about? 40+ inches?
