Requiem
I would be really upset if I lived in the Portland area. Areas both north and south of them have gotten crushed this month. Kind of reminds me of how it felt in Seattle in 2016-17 or more so 2013-14. Even 2016-2017 for Seattle had the very respectable 2/5/17 snow event. Frontal Snowsquall
Kind of disappointing that the Portland area wasn’t able to score a little more but good for areas in central and south oregon though , looks like there will be some snow chances this week for most people in WA and OR but nothing major probablyI would be really upset if I lived in the Portland area. Areas both north and south of them have gotten crushed this month. Kind of reminds me of how it felt in Seattle in 2016-17 or more so 2013-14.It hasn't been that bad on the east side of town. I had 1.5" early February and then I got around half a foot on the 9th. Also had some minor snow accumulations other times including today. But you're right, not as much as in the SEA and EUG areas as you got events that went for a foot plus. It happens though. 1968-69 SEA and EUG got more snow than PDX even though PDX got lots of snow that Winter.
TT-SEA
Didn’t both you and Chris get snow this month too? VancouverIslandSouth
Stayed cold thru the mid afternoon here with very low dewpoints. I noticed the icicles on the east side of my back deck continued to grow thru the afternoon. Similar here, though there's not enough moisture left for icicles here, the snow melted off the roof last week. Just a few small patches of snow left here. Ended up with a high of 38F, this month is going to blow away Jan 2017 for cold.

Seems like we at least have a shot at something Wednesday/Thursay with cold dry air already in place (a crucial missing ingredient from the last one).
