Our climate here has undergone a change. We thought we were pulling out of a drought but it appears that it is back with a vengeance. It is principally located in North and Northeast Texas and lakes and reservoirs are in very serious shape.
The may be building desalination plants along the coast in order to support a suffering agriculture community and ranching.
