Once upon a time somebody posted a link that shows the daily positions of the MJO back to 1950 or something like.  Does anyone know where I could find that?

I'll be digging through the archives for links like this. If I find it, I'll post a new topic with it. I think 'TheNewBigMack' did an expose on the the MJO and the LRC, you could message him. Derek might also have some data for you too.

I don't have the link iFred. I have something similar for other indices but not for the MJO. I thought there was only monthly data for it.

I'll dig into the old forums this weekend after I do some maintenance. If I find it I'll post it here.

In that table, what does RMM1 and RMM2 signify?

It goes with how the MJO is plotted as seen here (RMM1 on the bottom, and RMM2 on the left)

Thanks!  I think this is a different site, but pretty much the same idea.
