BLI snowman
Can't think of many other than 9/29/2013. That was a whopper. 10/2/1967 just missed the cut. No reason why it can't happen though with a strong enough jet.
bainbridgekid
We had a hell of a windstorm at the end of August in 2015 so it can definitely happen in September. Everett peaked at 61 mph, SEA 46, Tacoma 54, and 450K lost power. 1 Quote Everett Snowfall (510 feet elevation) Snow since February 2019: 91" 2023-24: 6" 2022-23: 17.5" 2021-22: 17.75" 2020-21: 14.5” 2019-20: 10.5" 2018-19: 24.75"

Came home to no power the next day and quite the mess. 1 Quote Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border.
