    Still absolutely dumping snow here right now. Roads/driveway/car were all clear and bare this afternoon, just started to see the lawn again in spots and then this. Don't know whether I feel lucky or not at this point. IMG_1139.mp4

    Snow now mixing with rain here at 475 ft. Been under the CZ for a while, temp has dropped from 43->35. Last of the snow in my yard is trying to put up a fight to survive another day.

    Struggled up to 36.5 today during earlier sunbreak, but a heavier shower moved through, dragged temp back to 33, and dropped some more snow on Sultan. Very small flakes falling currently. And here I thought we might melt out today. WWA for 1-3" tonight says otherwise!

    Pretty fascinating how localized these events can be. How quick was your changeover last night? It was all rain here until around 10:30 pm... Was getting worried about freezing rain before bed as temp had dropped to 32.2 before it finally changed over.

    Looks like we got about 3" in Sultan overnight. Power blinked off some time in the night. Car was covered in ice underneath the snow and had a crunchy layer on top as well. Road going into my neighborhood had several cars stuck/in ditch and it has just started snowing again at 30.7*.

    Pretty wild here in Sultan at the moment. Snowing sideways and heavy, with occasional pellets tinging off the windows. Roads already seeing accumulation.

    Temp bottomed out at 36.7 here in Silverdale, ~160 feet in elevation, and has actually ticked up slightly. The occasional snowflake is making it through, but nothing to write home about. Happy other people are getting some though! I know this won't be the last chance for snow this winter. Side note, we have received about 1.8" of rain since midnight! If only it were a little bit colder...

    Can pretty much confirm that, it's absolutely pouring here in Silverdale - temp has dropped from 51.8 to 47.1 since 12:30. Very dark outside, 1.00" of rain since midnight.

    Steady snow beginning to mix with graupel at my location, I think anyway. Temperature has been steady at 32.4/32.5 since today's event began around 12:30. Easily another 2+ inches out there. Tree branches really starting to sag. Hoping the forecasted change to rain never happens! Central Kitsap schools have been closed all week and I highly doubt they'll be able to open tomorrow without any rain to help melt what we've received. Over 10" since Sunday here.

    Snow has picked up slightly in Silverdale as of 1 p.m. About 8" has fallen overall at my location. Not over yet.

    Been under precip on the radar for almost an hour, just now starting to spit a few tiny snowflakes. Temp has backed off slightly to 32.9.

    Got another 3" last night in Silverdale. Hearing we might be in store for one more good punch shortly. Temp has climbed to 32.5 at my location.

    It's been lightly snowing in Silverdale for the past hour or two, small gentle flakes. Temp up to 30.7 now from a low of 27.3 overnight. Preparing to get buried tonight by another 4-7" as some models have shown, but I know how fickle these things can be.

    Just chiming in to say we got about 4" overnight on the north side of Silverdale. Heard they got twice as much five miles away in Poulsbo and almost nothing in Bremerton, five miles in the other direction. Happy we got into the meat of the CZ for a little while. Temperature bottomed out at 30 and has since risen to 35, and the snow is starting to fall from trees now.

    Aftermath of graupelgeddon. I'll take any excitement at this point. The suspense is killing me!

    Just got a solid 10-minute period of graupel here in Silverdale (elev 161 ft)!! Currently down to 41 degrees. I'm taking this as a good omen for what's to come!

    Geez, totally missed out on the surge of warm air here. Home weather station says we peaked at 48 today in Silverdale. At least I can stay busy by frantically clicking refresh on this page to get more insight into our impending winter doom...

    New accumulation so far today: 6" Current snow depth: 14" Still snowing and 33 degrees here.

    It has been dumping like crazy here for the past two hours, estimated 3-4" accumulation in that time. Is it possible that my area just never transitions over to rain? Temp holding at 34, but this is the hardest I've seen it snow here during this series of storms.

    Snow had tapered to very fine light snow an hour ago but it is picking up in intensity again right now. Temperature holding at 35.

    Snowing lightly here at the moment, started within the last 1/2 hour. Temperature has ticked up from 31 to 34 currently. Last night's storm was good for another 4.5" here, total snow depth currently 10".
