  5. Going to Western Ne. for a graduation (not my choice) in mid-May and then on to Estes Park, Co. and the Rocky Mountain National Park (my consolation) for several days afterward. Getting in a horseback trip up into the Rockies while we are there too. Looks like there will still be plenty of snow in areas to say the least. Picture is from the web. Looking forward to posting mine though.

  9. Oh, we got snow. It snowed for hours. It just didn't stick at lower elevations. I see some areas of 32 on the island but I am at 34.3 and have been all night. Ces't la vie. My moods no longer hinge on this. I live too close to the water.

  14. Unfortunately only about 120' But I like living near the water.
  15. I'm liking my spot. Everything seems to show snow here for a change.

  18. A lot of husbands and boyfriends are hoping so.
  19. Yep, just hope it comes far East enough for me.
  20. Two things I like better about Oregon. The NWS AFD and some of the beach towns. I like that our coast is preserved, but some of those little towns down there are fun.
  21. When is this supposed to start Tim? Surface temps look mighty warm right now. 850's at about -4, and the 925's are at 0. Hopefully they cool further.
  22. Many of us aren't going to get excited with just cold. Not again this year. I know, I know. First we need the cold. Blah, blah A few days of needing a hoodie aren't going to be too exciting. We need some real Central Sound snow to make this a memorable winter. My memory of the recent cold snap will my gratefulness that my pipes didn't freeze. End Rant
