Let’s finish winter with a bang!

I’d be happy with just one more decent snow. Next year has to be better than this!

Was a nice stretch. Our coldest morning was -11 with a high of -3. Hope we get a bit more winter weather in Feb/Mar.

Hope February brings a few more chances at some winter storms.

It’s that second wave that looks more promising to just catch us. It looks a little farther north. It wouldn’t take much moisture to get a couple of inches.

There’s been a tendency for storms to trend north this winter but with such cold air in place that would be doubtful.

I knew we’d pay for Jan-Mar of 2022 since we were hit with several storms during that time frame. Someone went and stole the “Oma Dome” and drug it down here.

I hope we score at least one decent storm before we lose the cold air.

I don’t feel great about this one either but it’s possible some areas in central Mo.could get lucky with a few inches. They mentioned this in the NWS Stl AFD.

I think we need to bank on a different storm! The trend has been to go north. The last storm kept trending north then came back a little south right before it hit….at least in Missouri.

We may be a little too far south for this too.

This may miss us to the north….again. Then we’ll get cold and the next storm will be suppressed. I can’t complain. A couple,of years ago we got bullseyed by several storms.

Pretty similar to here. Was surprised it caused slide offs around town earlier. I hope defo band does some work tomorrow. I’m more interested in Friday’s storm.

I would say an inch on the ground here with a temp of 32.2 degrees. Heavy snow

They just added another county in Missouri with an advisory south of me.

Just started raining and it’s mixed with big flakes.

The models sure moved this south. I’d be happy with 2-3 inches at this point.

The models certainly increased my totals from yesterday. Too bad I’m riding that line. Not sure I buy those totals for here. I’m more interested in the storm after this one for here….but it may trend north in the coming days.

I’m not buying it. I think you could Almost shave off the lower half of the snow shield in especially Missouri and be closer to reality. You’re in a better spot than me though

Definitely more models have increased our totals since yesterday. The short range models were absolutely horrible for us yesterday. Are they struggling with thermals or track of the low itself? This system has been wild so far

Looks like we’re both in the 1-5. A couple of models are still holding on to higher totals but that’s unlikely. I’m guessing 1-2.
