  1. Avoids keeping us sleet for long and gives PDX 0.8" of QPF, with 7.5" of snow with 10:1 ratios. I think at face value the UKMET would be a 10-15" snowstorm with those temps
  2. I don't think daily departures tell the whole story. While this cold wave has been really impressive, we've seen multiple similar and some even crazier. June 2021 was basically unprecedented
  3. WRF shows east winds ramping up in the next few hours, peaking around 2pm tomorrow with 55mph gusts. It also shows sustained winds of 40mph+ for multiple hours while it's snowing, that definitely falls under blizzard conditions. Assuming it's around 15-20 degrees at that time, that would be wind chills around -5, with snow/sleet.
  4. That would be fantastic. Feb 2023 was about 6-7" here, I'm guessing something around that maybe? Even if we get 1-3" it'll still be really cool with the temps so low
  5. I thought ratios would be slightly lower at times because of a slight warm layer, or should that not be too much of an issue, at least for north metro area?
