    Seeing a sleet/snow/freezing rain mix in the Corvallis Albany area. Mainly sleet though.

    I was working in Corvallis today. I was very surprised to see it hit 108. It definitely felt Phoenix-like stepping outside!

    Seeing some larger flakes now. This is a good sign for later today. The atmosphere is becoming saturated well before the main band of moisture arrives.
