  1. Looking for some advice from you kind folks. We're pretty new to the area and want to make the drive out to Leavenworth this weekend. Do you guys think I-90 will be passable with a Subaru Outback with snow tires? Don't wanna take any serious risks, but also don't wanna cancel for nothing. We were thinking of leaving around noon as the snow tapers off, but it looks like at least a foot will have fallen over the pass overnight.
  2. It'll be interesting to see if anything can make it to Seattle proper. A couple inches tonight would be so cool.
  3. To be fair, RGEM does show the snow line just south of Seattle to start. If there is gonna be snow, it's gonna be a narrow line between ice-storm and a few inches of snow(then ice-storm..)
  4. Are you by any chance the Antipex from the 'Wronga' song? I remember dying laughing to that as a kid.
  5. As we get closer to the event, this looks to be trending drier, especially for the initial wave.
  6. I love your positive attitude. Life is better with that kind of vibe..
  7. Should be some really high ratio stuff too. 10:1 is probably too low.
  8. Looks to be tapering off for areas north of Seattle, maybe one more wave to come through.
  9. This looks like it's sagging south pretty quick, I think we only got a couple hours left unfortunately. It's beautiful outside though!!
  10. If the rain/snow line stalls out just north of us..
  11. Down from 39 to 35 in Wallingford. It's coming?
  12. Interesting that Everett quickly dropped to 28 with the N winds. If the winds switch, this could be quite nice.
  13. Driving from Wallingford to Redmond, temp dropped from 39 to 34. If we switch northerly, could easily be back to snow soon. We'll see!
