  1. Ace Hardware roof was torn off in Crescent City. Crazy video by the California Highway Patrol. https://www.facebook.com/692136580879801/posts/2652726118154161/
  2. Temp is dropping like a rock here, down to 35.7 after a high of 38.8. Now if only a little bit of that precip could make it over PDX
  3. Hmmm via the NWS for Portland. Tuesday Night Rain showers likely before 10pm, then a chance of rain and snow showers. Snow level 1100 feet lowering to 300 feet. Cloudy, with a low around 31. Blustery, with an east northeast wind around 16 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected. Wednesday A 20 percent chance of snow showers before 10am. Partly sunny, with a high near 41. Breezy.
  4. Only up to 39.6 degrees here (830 feet west hills of Portland) at 2:05pm, feels more like an early January day! It's also leaf apocalypse with the wind.
  5. Down to 32.7 here with moderate snow at the moment, this is awesome for mid march, roughly a quarter inch of accumulation so far.
  6. I bought the property and house together. I'm not nearly creative enough to build my own nor patient enough haha
  7. I'm actually Washington county thank god, just barely into it, but still a Portland address. It's technically unincorporated Washington county. I had no interest in being in multnomah county haha. And I'm right there with you. The snow prospects of the property where right up there with location and house type. This is actually close to the lowest I wanted to go, but so far its turned out to be a great spot and can really tell the difference during these marginal setups. The snow line has been roughly 100 feet below me multiple times this winter.
  8. Very much so! Makes a world of a difference, if only I shot for 1,500 feet instead! But I wanted to be close to downtown for work so this is just about the best I could do for the area. Love it up here!
  9. Came home to roughly 1.5 inches here at home this afternoon. Currently 32.2 and coming down fairly good.
  10. Down to 27 here now with an awesome sunset to go along with it!
