    Someone turned the Omadome on, but I have inside information that it is going to be turned off later tonight. Expect around 7-8 inches.

    I have seen blizzard warnings issued without any snow falling. It all depends on the winds.

    The NAM has been pretty consistent with this over Omaha for 2 days. I think it is on to something like a frontogenesis band setting up on top of or around Omaha. It will be interesting to see if it’s right. Other models have started joining in.

    NAM has picked up a frontogenesis snow over Omaha the last 3 runs.

    It’s not over yet. Another round is coming around 4-5pm with another inch or two.

    Then another inch or two with another wave coming in later this afternoon around 5pm.

    Lol. 3-12 inches. I can predict that!

    It looks like all of the models are coming into an agreement with the bullseye being Omaha Nebraska. Even the GFS, which had been the outlier, is in agreement. It will be fun to follow.
