  1. Parts of the coast range look more like Mount Hold this morning.
  2. I’m living vicariously through the coast range cams. Lee is getting buried right now.
  3. It always catches on very late. It showed Portland getting hit really good with showers this evening during all the runs this afternoon. Looking like it will mostly stay just west of us in reality.
  4. A few nice pictures of the coast range under that band of snow before sunset.
  5. You can see snowflakes falling nearly all the way to sea level at Tillamook right now.
  6. Only had a high of 42 here with a brief sunbreak around 11:30 am. Most of the day was spent under 40 degrees which is impressive for March. 39 degrees right now and hoping those showers make it far enough east for me to see some more snow.
  7. The NW corner of Oregon is the target for this evening. The coast range cams will be fun to look at in a couple of hours.
  8. HRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR is definitely going to be correct on the exact placement of that heavy shower over my house right after sunset. Definitely.
  9. Too bad the moisture doesn't push inland a little more overall.
  10. That shower just west of Corvallis looks fun.
  11. The radar looks pretty active SW of here. I think the Portland area will see some more snow showers this evening.
  12. Just a shower that will be over in less than an hour, but we are in a good spot for it right now!
  13. Another wet little snow shower passing through. Nothing sticking. Andrew must be doing well il there this morning.
  14. Awesome. Nice to see so many of our posters at least saw some wet snow last night.
  15. Yep, I was just about to mention that some nice showers are moving through the area at the perfect time. 34 with some wet snow here after the heaviest stuff moved through.
  16. I posted in the wrong month. I saw some wet snow falling around 10am at the school I work at. Too bad those organized showers didn’t move in a few hours earlier before sunrise, but at least I saw some flakes down here! It is up to a sweltering 43 degrees now.
  17. Getting some snow in the air on the backside of this shower at the school I work at. Too bad it didn’t come in during the early morning hours, but it’s nice to see some flakes today. Stuck at 36 degrees.
  18. Radar doesn’t look good for my area right now. Big blob of moisture to the west that is giving the coast range some good snow, but showers splitting around the central metro area.
  19. Really pouring with this shower overhead right now. Still no flakes here today.
  20. Temperature is going to be the bigger issue tonight/tomorrow morning. Been getting plenty of rain over the last 4 hours.
  21. HRRR has liked the idea of bringing in a more organized line of showers through the valley up through the Portland area around 6-8am. Would be good timing to see snow in the air. Am I really going to get tricked by this stupid model again?
  22. Down to 38 here with light rain. Going to be a very chilly leap day.
