It's unreal. 10" of ice on most lakes. snow piles only. We are rebuilding the rink for the 4th time. Need to get to March 1st and then give me March 2012. Swimming by memorial day!

So long range looks like a week of slightly above average followed by warm again for a week and a half then average for a week then spring. Yeehaw

This is gonna make for a brutal fire season out there

It is brutal up here...typical Nov out on the trails. Nothing is froze, no/low snow. Business is absolutely brutal for many right now. Hopefully Feb and maybe March turns out, but this could be 4 mo of lost revenue for many. From Lake Gogebic on north to Copper Harbor is the only spot up here thats rideable atm. 2015-2016 wasn't even this bad.

Just my take, but forecast temps are gonna keep going up for next week. Hope it doesn't get too out of hand
