34 and rain. Haven’t seen a flake yet. So crazy how that works, the lake can be your best friend or your worst enemy!

Driving to Madison this morning! I left extra early so I could take the backroads up to Kenosha. The autumn scenery is so GORGEOUS! Absolutely love this weather. Though this month has been dry, the temperatures are something I definitely can’t complain about. I’m here for it!

I was right in the bullseye of this last night. It was actually a pretty intense storm with a lot of lightning, definitely caught me off guard. We've had so much rain it feels like, it's honestly pretty unreal. Hope winter is like this also, i LOVE the temperature outside! It finally feels like fall, it's amazing. Fall in Chicago is so much better than fall in Nebraska!

Im so ready for it to be 60s for highs and dipping into the 40s at night. October is probably my favorite month, so I hope things cool off soon. CPC keeps it warm for the next few weeks though, so blehh. Feel bad for you all in Nebraska though lol omg, can’t even imagine how much that sucks right now

It is absolutely pouring here. Wish I didn't have to get up so early, it was so dark in my room and the thunder made me wanna call in and cuddle up under my sheets so bad! We needed this so bad, I haven't seen it rain like this for awhile, it's really refreshing!

That was literally us yesterday! It was like drizzling all day but still like 87 degrees out, literally the worst combination ever!
