    Puntzi Mountain Airport west of Williams Lake BC hit -55 this morning and is already down to -34 right now. 7 degrees colder than last night at this time. The station could approach its all-time record low of -63 degrees if trends hold.

    GFS shows freezing temperatures extending well offshore in BC and Southeast Alaska with all of that frigid air spilling out over the ocean. I can see freezing spray becoming an issue along the Inside Passage shipping routes and even in Puget Sound with the colder GFS solutions. Something to watch for especially after the sinking of the crab boat in AK last week.

    Same here with 45 degrees in NW Seattle. Too far away from Cascade downsloping.

    I'm sheltered from the east winds here in Ballard. Currently 29 with a DP of 22. Meanwhile KSEA is at 38 with a dewpoint of 6.

    NWS calls for a low of 9 in Pasco tomorrow night. Pretty crazy for this time of year.
