Great weather over the next week. Goldilocks weather this weekend for the Fall Equinox!

Sorry Jim for the late response, been busy with work. I’ve rewatched the debate a few times and it was alot closer than I initially thought. Harris was strongest on healthcare and highlighting that the ACA was a good thing because insurance companies could no longer discriminate against preexisting conditions. She wants to grow and make it even better with her plan. Even Trump admitted he could have ended the ACA but chose to save it while he was in office because it was overall a good plan. Harris was also good on the economy and highlighted Trumps failed tariffs as a sales tax on Americans. Trump was the strongest on abortion and giving the states the option of either banning abortion or not. He was also good on illegal immigration except for mentioning the Haitian immigrants and the pets. At the end I think that’s what swayed my decision that gave the debate to Harris. Sometimes it’s not what you say that is the most important thing.

About to eat my dinner and rewatch the debate. My live reaction yesterday was that Harris won the debate. But I want to watch it again.

Harris won the debate. I don’t think Trump was necessarily bad but Harris was solid and impressed me.

Pretty even debate so far. Harris did well on the economy and calling out Trump’s failed tariffs. Trump did well on abortion.

I was planning on voting for RFK so my reasoning for voting Trump is because he endorsed him and he promised him a spot in his cabinet where he could further implement some of his policies. Now that RFK is out all the remaining choices are subpar. You are right Trump has a lot of baggage and that’s why I’m having trouble voting for him. The only other candidate I’m considering is West but he even has lots of baggage. I could just not vote but then again voting is important. I’m willing to give Trump a chance to win my vote but he’s going to need to change his style for sure and actually debate with solid principles and just not go for personal attacks.

Big debate tonight. Based on how well Trump does, it could either make me vote for him or not. I’ve narrowed my choices down to Trump and West. Get your ready folks!
