We hit 31 this morning. 32.2 with flurries when I left for work. 37 with a rain snow mix in silverton right now. Guessing we see to many sun breaks to have another sub 40 high, but we ll see. Should be one more shot of snow tonight. 
 

The systems later this week look great for snow in southern and south central Oregon. Also it looks like we get a storm every couple days over the next few weeks. Snow levels don’t look to be super high either, around Pass elevation late into the month.

Just think, we should start seeing region wide temps above 110° showing up in the models in 8-10 weeks.

Seeing some pretty insane snowfall totals around the region here, most being 21" overnight near Clancy. Here we've been getting downsloped so the snowfall has been pretty light with a lot of drifting. Awesome to see the areas suffering the most from drought conditions getting slammed.

Currently 18F with light snow and windchills around zero.

Snow  37 degrees though so no chance of sticking. Cool to see it fall out of the sky though.

Looks like we got down to 35F but we were dry for that timeframe. Currently 40F and damp.

I heard my gutters dripping so I knew we were under a heavy shower. I took a peak outside, and voila!

There is probably only so much SWE that can be made up in one or two storms, but the timing this late in the season works out as it will likely extend the melt/snow pack a couple of weeks.

Really cold airmass moving in today. I imagine most valley spots will be within a degree or two on either side of 50, but that will only add juice to some of these showers. They'll drop temps quickly anywhere they pop up. Temps stayed below 50 everywhere Sunday because of the solid cloud cover and stratiform precip. This has been a hell of a ride for April. Loving every minute of it.

Well that was probably our last shot at snow until tonight likely…maybe we will get lucky at some point the next couple nights.

Good stuff for Klamath and southern Deschutes counties. I’m going again this summer and that area has been VERY dry for a long time now.

Not really sure honestly as I've kind of stopped measuring once we got into April. Probably around 30" on the month so far though with a lot more to come throughout this week.

I can’t even remember the last time LWX radar went down. If that happened during thunderstorm season, it would be talked about for weeks if not months!

Yesterday numbers 46/35 Precipitation 0.24 with a trace of snow.

Lots of areas out west do not have any radar coverage, including here with a population of over 100k people in the county.
