Since 2009... May has been wetter than normal at SEA 9 times and drier than normal 5 times.     More volatile in terms of extremes but leaning towards wetter overall.

I learned to double space after periods when I was taking word processing back in the early 90s and man that was a pretty tough habit to break. I dunno where you get the 4 to 5 spaces I assume just SHAKING WITH RAGE at the clouds😛

Given the overall weather this spring, it all had sort of a too-good-to-be-true, winning lottery ticket type of feeling to it.

If it makes you south of the border feel any better, I am taking this Friday off so if next weekend is cold and damp, I will be “enjoying” it as well.

I imagine up in Seattle this weekend we will see some rain but it will not be raining all the time so we will have plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy Seattle. We will have a great time regardless of the weather.

At least it was a conversational response.   But yeah... just more fuel for the endless preference war.

Probably just best to accept that preference wars always have and will be part of the board. Just as long as it doesn’t absolutely dominate the conversation 24/7 or get personal I don’t really see any feasible way to enforce or stop it.

Rain making solid progress inland to the south by Olympia.   Not sure if its actually reaching the ground.  Still have some filtered sun and mid 60s out here.

Unfortunately it inevitably gets personal and turns into attacks... which is why Jesse was banned last year.  In the notes when he left... Fred said the only ban that is non-negotiable was Jesse.  That worked well.  🤨

No one has done anything worthy of a ban since DaBears. I’ll echo what @TacomaWaWx said.

It was magical. We had probably a foot overall between three events and solid snow cover from 1/8 to 1/16.
