Meatyorologist
July 4th is the one day I really do want it to be nice. Every other day could be an icebox and that'd be swell but July 4th absolutely blows when you're outside in the rain for hours. In 2010 it was real bad. Heavy drizzle and 50s the entire time. KSEA topped at 65°F but the airport evaded the PSCZ 'fun' which plagued the Gasworks show and the rest of the metro core. Came down with a nasty stomach bug while waiting to boot. By the time the fireworks started they were shrouded in mist and each boom sent pain and nausea through my body.
