I thought that PDX would have had a much higher amount than SEA, but I guess not. Was SEA and outlier for the Puget Sound on the high end? Should get a little more rain too. But then you go over to the south and west side of the lake and there are a lot of trees. In Bend it definitely depends on what side of town you are on. East of Hwy 97 is a lot drier, but there are a lot of ponderosa in Bend. But it was always convective when it happened, unlike the AM marine layer drizzle weird stuff that would occur in the lowlands. I can remember some pretty wet t'storms on 7/5/2015. Thankfully most of the storms that year were gully washers.
