And they have won 18 of the last 21.  Which makes the 10 game win streak seem even more meaningful.

It would be horrible to have to watch that.  Just can't believe some people will actually act like that in public.  Why was nothing done about the stolen stuff?  Bring back the days when laws actually meant something.

Yeah he was punching and stomping the dog it was pretty awful. Did everything I could by calling the cops but the police don’t mean anything anymore honestly.

75/54 today very nice. Unfortunately wasn’t a very great day here at work. A customer (actually a frequent thief here at the store) who usually brings his dog with him started beating his dog severely in front of me and customers. He ended up running away in the store after he nearly got his a** beat by some very angry customers. We ended up calling the cops and it originally looked like the police were gonna take the dog away from him since animal control showed up. Nope they let the guy just walk away with his dog and all of his stolen sh*t too. Tacoma police department is the absolute worst.

Things are so messed up right now. These abusive druggy thieves have more rights these days than the people that actually contribute to society. But that is a topic for another thread.
Anyway, 75/53 on the day. Currently 68.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

Without getting in to specific details I worked a burglary signal at a business in Tacoma this morning, a single trip of a glassbreak alarm, can't dispatch no matter what unless there are 2 or more trips or verified.  Welp, ended up being an actual burg with thousands in damages and product stolen. Effed up.

Go M's and pleasant day.

That bow echo that tore through yesterday literally split this house in two in College Park. This particular location is only 8 miles from here.

Wasn’t hit by trees, just the force of the straight line winds alone (estimated at 90mph).

College student was probably blitzed as **** and was just like oh now I’m in the hospital and my house split apart wtf

That was a fun storm. I waited to about 2:30am to leave work during a break in the snow. I was lucky the 84 wasn't too icy unlike the bridges crossing the rivers.

Sadly there was so much damaging ice down south though. Most models showed me in the all snow area but everything shifted just a few miles north at the last minute

They were specifically referring to Hawaii and the tropics.

As a matter of fact they were comparing our comfortable weather to their sticky air.

The reality is that it takes low clouds/precip for us to achieve any appreciable daytime cold anomalies in the summer now. Technically that was largely the case in the past as well, but it's probably true even more so today.

I think we used to get more SW wind onshore flow back in the day.  A lot of the onshore flow patterns lately have been NW wind type, which means a lot less low clouds.

Perhaps the best example I can think of for a sunny /dry summer month begin cool was August 1955.  A month like that would be amazing!

Makes sense, although the dry side of the Big Island was very pleasant humidity wise when I visited there.  The wet side was another matter.

Didn’t intend on it being a political discussion me bringing that up. It was just a very stressful hard situation to deal with my apologies.
Nice evening down to 69 here felt much better being in the mid 70s vs mid 80s today.

Two days, two members apologizing for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

You're good, that had to be an absolutely sh*tty f*cked up thing to witness.  Too bad those customers didn't get ahold of him.

I'm also impressed with the restraint of our fellow forum members from steering clear of the political aspect.  🙂

The lack of drama today definitely has something to do with why there isn't an 'announcement' of some sorts...

Was pretty pissed abt what went on yesterday. Kind of on a zero drama policy right now, where there will be consequences for those who start it. The daily arguments are pretty annoying and are getting embarrassing.

I have a feeling that something will go down eventually though. And I have a feeling I know who will be involved.

Still looking for my first 90 of the year here. Thought we'd do it today but storms started firing before peak heating and we're still holding onto some decent soil moisture so we only hit 86F. Picked up a 0.10" with the storms and currently a rain cooled 66F.

Bozeman is pretty similar to the PNW lowlands...I too am looking forward to July 27th and the downward trend!

Average High and Low Temperature in Bozeman.png

I more than happy to be halfway thru July without triple digit temps!   We finally had some pretty active storms the last couple of weeks that dropped a total of 2.04" so far for the month, so hopefully that will push back the fire season a little....

Always good to see someone use constructive criticism in a positive way.  That is why today the forum is pleasant.
