We recorded a 70 minimal as well (at BFI). SEA got down to 68.

Temp climbing fast here now 81 after a low of 61.  I think it will hit 90 here today.

12Z ECMWF shows a deep trough over Alaska next week... the 00Z run showed a huge ridge at the same time.    Huge differences between runs.    The 00Z run on top and the new 12Z run on the bottom.

I am doubting that SEA will make it to 90 today.   Clouds moving back in from the SE now... even some rain on the radar.    SEA is at 82 at noon... long way to go if its cloudy this afternoon.

Weve been just west of the cloud cover today and we’re at 81. It feels way hotter outside right now. I’m also rocking a Phil style hangover today so that’s not helping me

Some of that leftover rain this morning has to cool forecast temperatures I'm thinking. Look at K-Falls -20 degrees from yesterday's 11:53am reading. 88 > 68.

No real hint of any kind of significant cool down on the 12Z ECMWF.    850mb temps are warm through the entire run and still warm at the end.

Pretty much what I had alluded to yesterday when looking at cloud coverages.  There is a brief period of clearing before clouds moving back in... the filtered sunshine may just put a stop to the 90F. We'll see.
