I am in Georgia, and live very close to the coast. I am facing east and the sun is setting behind me. There’s also a thunderstorm behind me as well. Why does it look like the sun is rising? Otherwise the entire eastern sky should be brighter or At least that's how it appears after sunsets or sunrises in my area especially under certain conditions like higher atmospheric moisture maybe.
