I read on wikipedia that the Ancient Greeks made the use of OLM data punishable by death. I was a little surprised.

The Thanksgiving Blizzard of '16 is going to throw some of these forecasts off. You can take that into account by counting the total sunspots and dividing it by inches of snow remaining at Snoqualmie on Halloween night.

 

Well luckily the contest doesn't close until after Turkey Day so people can adjust accordingly.
