For KSEA...

November: -1.5F/+2.00". Cold, dry start and a warm, wet finish.

December: +1F/-1.00". Mild, dry, and boring. Pretty ugly. Mountain snows later in the month as flow turns more meridional.

January: -3F/-1.00". A fairly chilly and dry month overall. Spits of snow, lots of NNW flow and GOA blocking. No serious cold, maybe a day or two just under freezing. Very La Niña like. Stick in a week of SW'lies and moderate rain too. Similar to January 2017.

February: -3F/+2.00". Cool and wet. Arctic blast at the beginning. Wet NW flow to finish the month.

March: 0F/-1.00". Pretty average. Throw in a windstorm, why not.

I guess I'll do for KSEA too:

November: -3f, +1.00" Cold and wet with a N/S gradient. Some slight snow Seattle and farther north mind month.

December: 0f, 0.00" Cold wet start then mild/dry finish balancing out.

January: -1F, -3.00" Death ridge for the first half then cool NW flow. Some snow late month.

February: -2.5F, +3" Mountain snow early month and then widespread lowland snow mid month and maybe a Willamette Valley snowstorm. More mountain snow late month.

March: -3F, -2" Cold and dry.

I don't feel like we'll see much strong south wind or storminess. No major Arctic air masses too.

Snow:

SEA: 7.5"

PDX: 3.4"

EUG: 9.8"

I've probably mentioned this a hundred times but that month was amazing. Snow on new years, arctic airmass and strong gorge winds, then a snow/ice event, major 13" snowstorm that stuck around for a week with the coldest temps since December 1998 at PDX, then decently cool for the rest of the month.

PDX:

November: Fall

December: Little mild/little wet overall. Santa will arrive late in the month!🎅🏿

January: *TURNING COLDER* and dry overall but it will probably snow at my house. And my house is all that matters.

February: No clue. Average/average

March: Spring
