Similar issue at PDX though surface temps there look a little more marginal. The ECMWF only has a 11km resolution. This time, I see colors on the snow maps even well away from the mountains. That gives me hope I will see something. If any white stuff falls IMBY it is going to be sloppy, slushy, and short-lived.
