November 2022 PNW weather Discussion. #NoRidgeNovember

Weather station says I haven't had rain in 11 days. I think I can say that it will register more rain in AZ than here. There won't be anything falling from trees to plug it up constantly!

Might have to start thinking about taking an alternate route down next week. Don't really feel like getting stuck in the Blues.

.30” so far on the day.
Raining and 37.8.

Was 35.9 and dumping earlier. Brrr. Was probably not very far off from having a positive splat.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!

This would be pretty top tier stuff in December or January. Hopefully if for whatever reason this round doesn’t work out we see this pattern again in a month or two.

Hopefully the trend for the season with endless easy snow and cold 😊

Low 38 and currently 39

Snow levels got down real low near Port Angeles. About 600-700’

This is near 1000’

Those foothills above Port Angeles score so often that it’s not funny. At one point I was seriously toying with the idea of moving to Lake Dawn (1,900 feet elevation, near the guard station on the Hurricane Ridge Road).

It's called clown range for a reason.

mainly cold and dry here now next week.  most of our snow in the extended got yanked.  Hopefully some clear nights to get frigid though maybe.

Expect more flip-flopping until the time frame gets closer. Things may well shift back to snowier scenarios.

Not much precip around here but solidly cold with offshore flow bringing in frigid air. DP of 17 at PDX. This is also not complete clown range anymore.

Honestly this is probably much more realistic from a climo perspective.

That heat island in MT over an unfrozen Flathead lake always gives me a chuckle on this surface temp maps
