Wow... that is impressive.

How far are you from Pullman?

Air miles probably about 25-30 but likely less since all search engines direct us to Pullman before Lewiston. By car it is about 65 miles to Pullman and exactly 70 to Moscow due to the Snake River.  1 hr 15 mins to Martin Stadium. We like Pullman but prefer Moscow.

Still snowing here but the sidewalks are melting and it's about time to curl up so I had 1 inch of snowfall. Board was refreshed and put away for a few days but not bad. 1 inch in four hours in early Nov is great.

Congratulations! You won tonight's snow sweepstakes!👊

Ha! There is the jackass that we all know and love.

For the last two months everyone has been talking about spiking the ball too early.    Won't say anything unless I am board... not worth it.

Wow... thought you were closer.   Which direction are you from Pullman?   Looks like it's snowing there too but my son has not sent an update yet.

We really like Moscow too.    Stayed there a couple times because the hotels in Pullman were sold out.

Worth pointing out the opposite trend on the GEFS from last night's run to the run tonight.    Significantly colder.

That's a pretty great mean for 180hrs out. Ensembles have been steadily improving the past few runs which is great to see.

Southwest and about half the elevation. The BW plus across from UI is our go to place for weekend getaways and for the fourth every year. Highly recommend as the pool is always warm. We had a white Christmas there in 2020 and it was glorious. We go up for farmers quite often and are hoping to catch the Cougs game against Utah MBB or maybe USC.

If you're coming for the Apple Cup I hope you get lots of snow.

In regards to the prior comment from Sonny. Absolutely. I think Mat had more but surprise snow is a bonus. I'll be praying for all.of you to get blasted. I have no right to complain for the next few weeks.

My sons will be at the Apple Cup... but we aren't going.    I think they are leaving the Friday after Thanksgiving since its on Saturday this year.    Hopefully they won't have issues over the pass.

Thought this was an interesting and somewhat realistic take on the potential coming up. Could be wrong and maybe we see significantly colder than normal high temps in the low to mid 30s and maybe an actual snowstorm…but it might be more realistic to expect upper 30s to around 40 for highs and convective showers bringing the snow level down to the surface at times being the best chance.

Pretty abnormal seeing this type of AR with the center of the low being this far north. We are used to seeing the hose coming in from Hawaii. And with this type of trajectory, Cen/Nor. Sound will be heavily shadowed. PWAT is still pretty remarkable though. It then sinks south and cold air gets pull in.
