Hoping those idiot networks don't "call it" (the Pres race) before I even get to the poles! I don't really watch TV coverage tbh - got better ways to spend free time but this modern trend of having to be the 1st to publish/release (correct or not) is typical stupid human junk imho. Never cared for media/news reporter (aka ambulance chasers) types and this instant reporting stuff just re-enforces my feelings. In spite of this, y'all have a good day voting!  ;)

Hillary was emotional when she gave that speech yesterday. She was choking up words. Also, I was surprise she did not give the speech a lot sooner right after she had lost. She waited until the next morning. Her fans were not too thrilled about that. No one has ever done that before when running for president, whether you win or lose.

Was prolly checking for "hanging chads" or any other reason to call "foul ball" and find some way to have the Trump victory called back.

I really wonder how close the race was in PA which put Trump over the top. There were machines that were switching Trump votes to Hillary votes. I bet the real number of votes were mind boggling and the Soros/Hillary camp had no chance! Call me conspiracy theorist or not, but I think Trump votes were messed with bigly. The only way he won was to have millions of patriots to come out and vote.

Well, it was the closest Presidential vote EVER in Michigan with Trump by 0.25%!  The next closest vote was Wilkey vs FDR in 1940 (guessing FDR took that, they didn't say). The rural part of MI has always been red, and the big cities with their factory base has gone blue and carried the state. Well, guess what???, a ton of those "blue jobs" that weren't protected vanished over the past 3 decades, and voila! the scales can finally be tipped in our favor in a close race like this. It's nice to know my vote actually made a difference instead of always ending up in the minority. Michigan has gone red before when we have a strong/popular president like a Ronald Reagan (re-elect landslide) for instance. The last time MI went red was 1988 for G HW Bush. So, this was the most excited election day for me in 28 yrs!

Yes, and also she was pissed off in terms of losing the election that she was in no mood to give that speech during that late night hour. The right thing to have done was to give the speech the minute she had lost, not the next day at midday. That was wayyyyy to late. Very unprofessional.

Read an article today online that Chelsea is being groomed to take the House seat of the woman that has Chappaqua district. Bill and Hillary bought the house next to them so Chelsea could take it as her domicile. There may be another dynasty in the making. Brace yourself. It may not be ova.

I'm just so shocked still at the number of people who think we just voted in a misogynistic racist and that we're all just waiting to "grab life by the *****". Lol. Can't name one time he's ever been truthfully accused of actually doing either. All I have seen is a guy making great choices for the last week and setting himself up to do great things when he takes the presidency. I think the black man whose video went viral on Facebook said it best. He said "For all you folks who have been hating on Trump" and then the guy literally laughs his head off for about 2 minutes straight. After 8 years of garbage and not being allowed to say or feel anything that disagrees with anyone or anything, (talk about liberty right) I think it's pretty justified for some of us to feel that way.

Wow!

"Trump made history when he won Elliott County. In the around 150-year history of the county, it had voted Democratic in every presidential election, never Republican. Trump ended that tradition and he won Elliott County handedly with 2,000 votes to Clinton's 740."

The Rust Belt/Great Lakes region is now a Republican dominated again with Trump winning WI, MI, OH, IN, IA. Maine and Minnesota are now swing states. Virginia, Colorado and Nevada remain Blue but results were close. The 2010 elections was the beginning of the Republicans starting to gain grounds in the Rust Belt.

Why are those anti Trump protester still whining and causing chaos? Hillary lost get over it!

My worry is, these Elites/Neocons are going to create a difficult environment for Trump's presidency.  Even worse, major cities around the country are creating Sanctuaries for illegal immigrants.  Take a guess where all the criminal illegal's will be...yup, in those cities!  This is a recipe for chaos and maybe civil unrest.  We'll see.  Hope not.

LOL @ HRC's campaign speach vid showing her touting how "in America, we're all about a peaceful transition of leadership". She was apparently expecting a reaction from the opposing camp's fringe supporters (to her own election as the first female Pres). Oh the paradox(es)!

I'm glad Trump is getting us out of that BS climate deal.

I noticed something else. The temp crash started almost as soon as we had our QBO blip back at the end of last winter. I honestly think that the atmosphere flipped a switch that has been stuck on high for around 35 years. I'm anxious to see what the next few years hold.

JB was harping on this but I wasn't paying too close of attention tbh. Something about a drop based on the Super-Nino and that the stronger the Nino, the harder the fall would be following. The 35 yr thing I think is perhaps that was the last time both oceans were favorable for cold?? Then after about 20 yrs, (early 2000's?) the PAC switched but the ATL is lagging. Supposedly when the ATL flips, we'll be back there (pre-1980) but this time with LOW SOLAR thus all the talk about mini ice age period looming, NOT global torching. Idk, someone more knowledgeable should chime in here.

Yeah. It's hard to sift through the BS and bias on both sides to find the right answers sometimes. I've always thought that the major overall shift tried to begin in around "08-09 but, as you said, the Atlantic has been really stubborn about flipping. Over the last 2 years I personally think we have seen the Atlantic try to begin that process over again but we're 2-3 years out of seeing if it happens or not.

I like many of JB'S weather skills. He's what I'd call a weather politician though. If you predict 13 slightly different things to happen and then 4 or 5 actually do happen, you get to say you were right as long as people still remember the 5 things you got right. I do remember back in 2011 or 2012 though he said that there would be a new global spike coming and a newer bigger crash coming after. He probably got fired from AccuWeather for stuff like that as well as being an AGW denier. Lol. He has been largely correct though.

If Trump appoints John Bolton as Secretary of State.

Are you amongst these? Be good if you supported your reasoning.

According to an article in The New Republic, Bolton was highly successful in pushing his agenda, but his bluntness has won him many enemies.

People blaming Bush for a lot of the things that went wrong during the very end of his presidency and right at the beginning of the Obama administration is useless and has about as little basis in hard fact as blaming me or you for it.

Bush and Obama were both at fault with there reckless spending and expanding the gov't in my opinion. I hate both Bush and Obama.

Anyone notice how terrible Hillary Clinton looked on her recent speech to the public?! No make-up at all.

She looks like she just woke up from the dead...walking zombie...if she took office, she wouldn't make it past the 1 year mark.  You can just see through her and see the evilness!

Make note of where the other high point is, the 2013-2016 and 1995-1998 are very similar, both ended in a super Nino followed by s temp crash after a few years of building, doubt that is a coincidence.

2021-22 Snowfall: (Hiawatha)

TOTAL: 10.2"

(12/28: 3.0") (12/29: 0.8")
