Overall not a lot of strong storms to mix them out, and they have had snow cover since early November. What I’ve noticed for them is when they get a decent snow pack the Harney basin generates a ton of low level cold air. I couldn’t tell you how big the Harney Basin is, but probably not smaller than King County. Check out January 2013 over there. Absolutely bonkers.
