The water to snow ration looks to be pretty good. For as light as radar is the snow is coming down pretty good.

New HRRR does show that southern low pressure center going well south of PDX, probably why there was been little to no warming.

Still just 31 at my parent's place in Tigard. The sleet/freezing rain has picked up and looks like we are about to get into a big slug of moisture. Roads might be ugly this evening. So close to a decent snow event!
