TT-SEA
Sunday afternoon looks showery for Puget Sound on the Euro. Next week looks mostly dry but a fairly wet front slides through on Saturday. The rain tomorrow looks pretty sparse down here per the ECMWF. It falls apart as it moves through. The work week looks quite nice... plenty of sun and near normal temps. But the system next Saturday still looks fairly robust. Of course today once looked very wet and stormy... but its a beautiful sunny morning on the way to near 80 and we are heading out on the lake this afternoon. TT-SEA
12Z GFS took away quite a bit of the rain for next Saturday... returns to dry quicker as well. That is not a good sign for a region wide soaking. I am cheering for that by the way. 12Z GFS was a little disappointing. Jesse
Looking at the 500mb pattern it’s almost like there is a force field keeping troughing from digging too deep into the west. Four corners high seems to be flexing its muscles early, which is part of it. Maybe we will get lucky and it will be displaced a bit eastward this season.
