Lots of 33.5 degree snow on those maps. Also Tim told me not to trust GFS maps that show snow with onshore flow. We go from 45 degree rain on Saturday and then get crushed with snow on Sunday into Monday . . .

Well... an anafront situation can definitely do that.   And there are similar elements next weekend on the ECMWF and GEM but with less snow.    So its a possibility.    But its also 9-10 days out so we need it hold for about 38 more runs.   🤨

It’s coming

Forcing my kids to listen to it until the first flakes fly, told them it was the only way.

I just saw the University of Washington rowing crews are up here enjoying the waters of Shawnigan Lake.

Interesting... because they have a very large lake at their doorstep in Seattle.

For the wind enthusiasts... ECMWF shows Monday being quite windy across western WA.   Maybe some gusts in the 40-50 mph range from the SW in Seattle and Bellingham by later in the day.

Dulles hit 58mph today. 💨💨💨 Happy to share with y’all.
