With college football tomorrow it'll probly be about the same but we shall see. Very pleasant 57F with a clear Willamette Valley. Getting down into the 40s is looking pretty likely indeed.

Weather channel focused in on football as well

Low of 56 currently 57 with some morning clouds and some blue sky poking through

Thick ice in the northwest passage has apparently been sinking yachts off Baffin Island.

He probably would've made it if he would've stayed out of the narrow channels.

I remember back in September 2013 the Ducks played California at Autzen stadium in monsoon like conditions. Let's hope for a repeat of that this month!

Low of 48 here. Mostly cloudy and 58 now.

The next few days look pretty much like early September perfection. Just wish we had gotten some meaningful rain last week, or had any realistic chance on the horizon that didn’t evaporate once it got within 7 days.

Are you living out on the coast now??

Just for a couple more weeks. I watched a few more episodes of Ozark. Made it halfway through episode 5. Good storyline, it would be nice if they could tone down the boorishness a notch or two. No reason for all the vulgarity... Just my two cents.

The northern portion of the NW passage is almost completely blocked with ice up to 10ft thick.

Been a very cold summer in NE-Canada under that vortex with NW winds funneling ice into the channels.

Thus the influx of people vacationing in their yachts, makes sense..

Yeah that AR was ridiculous and IIRC the "firehose" was really narrow. I was on the northern periphery of it and Eugene was in the bullseye. There were like 7 fumbles in the 1st quarter.

Wednesday is the only day that looks like a close call.

Looks like 91-93 on surface map that day. Mid 80s on Tuesday and Thursday.

And the rain is held offshore late in the week... farther west than the 00Z run and way farther west than the 12Z run yesterday.

GFS has some moisture, just most further north.

BC wildfires should be winding down real quick soon.

Heading down...

Too bad they are going to lose. I hope they keep it within one score here for ranking consideration later.

Jake Browning made some poor decisions...and the slow start...otherwise they looked good and should have a great season.

Elevation 580’ Location a few miles east of I-5 on the Snohomish Co side of the Snohomish/Skagit border. I love snow/cold AND sun/warmth!
