Maybe I’m weird but I’ve always liked the early sunsets. The long evenings can be cozy. On the flip side I’ve always enjoyed the super late sunsets on the opposite side of the year too. I enjoy dynamism when it comes to daylight length throughout the year. To me it would be strange living at a lower latitude where daylight length and sun angle are more uniform year round. I realize this is just personal preference though.
Totally.
Oh, resuced a nice non- poisonous snake today. Three guys working in my yard were freaked out. I got there in time to save him.
Nice little 30” snake. Perfectly docile.
I gathered him up and released him somewhere safer.
Poor guy was just looking for bugs.
Starting to get to that time of year where we look out for warm core convection. Next week looks like our classic mid-Spring +ENSO cutoff bonanza with lots of potential outcomes, including negtaively tilted troughing. Could be something to grab onto. Haven't had a really good thunderstorm setup since May 2020.
