PNW April 2023 Weather Discussion - Spring has Sprung, Snow or Heat

It's April already which means March has been cutoff. After the coldest November to March period in many years, will things stay the same and bring more record low level snow to the PNW and continue to bury Lake Tahoe with stuff that may not melt until July or will we transition to a ridgier pattern? 

Only time will tell.
