Already in this very young cold season there have been 7 states hit by snowstorms where 30+ inch totals were recorded! (I don't have the full list as that was not given). I had 7.5" in October, 2.2" in November & only 1" so far in December amounting to a season total of 10.7" so far. December precipitation is only 0.16" so far, but yearly total is 48.46".
