Rounds to -46 either way though. Quote The Pacific Northwest: Where storms go to die.
IbrChris
Pocatello, ID fell to -6 yesterday beating their all-time October record of 7 (10/31/2003) by 13 degrees! That record from 2003 was the only time they had dropped below 10 in October dating back to 1900. Quote The Pacific Northwest: Where storms go to die. It is also 8 degrees colder than the November record. November has never dropped to zero or below at the weather station.

wx_statman
What was the new Nevada record? Austin Airport at -16, at least that's what the ASOS reported. Not 100% sure it was valid. Three other official stations reported -10 last month (Sunnyside - Lund 31S, Wild Horse Reservoir, and McDermitt). -10 is the listed state record at Mountain City Ranger Station in October 1970.
