Yup!! Just a reminder, this will be going on into the morning hours. It looks like there could be training with these thunderstorms as you can see from the satellite picture. I like to see continuous lightning

There doesn't look like there is anything coming my way for awhile. If you look at the satellite picture, you can see a lot of clouds in Nevada and Utah. Those should be heading our way for probably the morning hours. 

Just West of Tigard is getting hit hard. Lucky people

Quite a few rumbles of thunder over the last 30 minutes here. The very heaviest core of that storm went right to my south, but it was still pretty fun. Hopefully we get some more rain out of it tonight.

Went for a walk to see the thunderstorm. Just a few flashes and some rumbles, but there were some amazing clouds.

That’s a crap load of lightning for west of the cascades. And 30 k tops, a rare occurrence.

Snow is better during the day, lightning is better at night. Do you agree? And windstorms better during day as well.

Just saw some lighting out in the far distance. Looks like it was from the storm that’s over the Kitsap peninsula right now.
