Looking through my summer pics is making me smile right now... best place on Earth when its nice here.

 

It is this time of year that I start to miss the colors out here as well. We stay quite green here as well throughout summer.

 

This was from this past August.

 

Then same spot in February. About 4ft snow base at that time.

A lot of the time I will have a seizure while making a post then forget what I was typing. I have to re-read stuff like 20 times.

 

Kinda like the guy from Memento a bit. I have to set a bunch of alarms and write a bunch of notes around the house to remember stuff.

Ok, Mark's RECAP: Too early to really know anything and he's not calling anything yet, but he thinks there's a good chance something interesting happens next week for Portland. If EURO is better he'll likely be more excited for anything. 

 

Seems very similar to his statement at about the same time frame before the February event.

Between y’all and my GF & kids, snowy & cold weather is a distant also-ran. Thanks for keeping me positive.

 

This past Feb felt like a miracle after the years of getting skunked in the snow dept combined with all the surgery recovery. I’m rooting for PDXers. Sucks to miss out for years on end when others are scoring. 96-03 wasn’t as bad since so many of us were bummed about the lack of cold and snow together for the most part we were all in it together.

One note to new people who want to post.  The "veterans" on here are always polite to newcomers.  You have to be a well established member to get attacked, unless you are just totally off the deep end or insulting.
